These SuperTweet.net terms of use are admitedly draconian and capricious with the objective of keeping the service running to serve the community.

The detailed terms of use are provided below. In short, if the SuperTweet.net admins determine that your use of the service may put the service in jeopardy or potentially harm the SuperTweet.net community, in their sole discretion, they may terminate your use of the service. Period.

In general, the guidelines for what you may and may not do fall into the category of, "if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, it's probably a duck." In other words, if the majority of the community would consider your use of the service as abuse, we probably will too.

First and foremost, you must comply with the Twitter terms at http://twitter.com/tos - beyond that, we may enforce even stricter rules on content and spam. In particular, uses that are not allowed include any of the following:

• content that is 'sexual' in nature
• content that promotes pharmacies or multi-level business schemes
• posting excessive volumes of tweets per day
• link-only tweets with no significant original content
• anything that might in any way be defined as 'spam'
• anything that harms or disrupts the SuperTweet.net service
